Itinerary (Tentative):

DAY 1--- The group will jet off to Jeddah. AC Deluxe buses will transport the group to Mecca hotel. After accessing the hotel and checking in the tour guide will take the group for Umrah

DAY 2--- Set out from hotel for Haram Sharif

DAY 3--- Ziyarat at local shrines in the supervision of tour guide

DAY 4--- Set off for Haram sharif

DAY 5--- Visit Haram sharif and perform 2nd Umrah at Masjid e Ayesha in the supervision of tour guide but pilgrims have to arrange for their own transportation service

DAY 6--- Perform 3rd Umrah and visit Masjid e Ayesha but arrange for your own transportation services

DAY 7--- Set off for Haram sharif and/or explore of Jeddah as per your convenience

DAY 8--- Set off for Haram Shareef

DAY 9--- Set off for Haram Shareef

DAY 10-- Perform 4th Umrah and visit Masjid e Ayesha but arrange for your own transportation services

DAY 11--- Set off for Haram Shareef

DAY 12--- Set off for Haram Shareef

DAY 13--- Pack your bags as well going to Madina

DAY 14--- Set off for Masjid al-Nabawi

DAY 15--- Set off for Masjid al-Nabawi

DAY 16--- Visit local shrines of Medina in the supervision of experienced tour guide

DAY 17--- Offer prayers at Masjid al-Nabawi and/or explore Madinah as per your convenience

DAY 18--- Offer prayers at Masjid al-Nabawi

DAY 19--- Set off for Masjid al-Nabawi

DAY 20--- Reach airport with your luggage to board the return flight to India

Once you book any tour or service with Talbiya Umrah, it is understood that you are giving your unqualified consent to accept and abide by the ‘Terms and Conditions’. In case you disagree with any part of these ‘Terms and Conditions’, kindly do not proceed with the booking.

• This Budget Package excludes luxury amenities.
• A fully vaccinated person must present their vaccination certificate.
• Any changes in airfare or visa fees must be paid before departure.
• Low-cost or budget airlines do not offer child fares.
• The budget Umrah package accommodates 05-06 pilgrims per room.
• Room services are not included; they vary depending on the hotel. Cleaning frequency occurs every 2 to 3 days. If the cleaners haven't cleaned your room by then, tell the reception. Should room service still not be available, kindly contact our team.
• Ziyarat and meal timings are fixed and must be adhered to. Breakfast is from 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM, lunch is from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM, and dinner is from 8:00 PM to 9:30 PM.
• Drinking water is available only in the mess.
• In Mecca and Medina, the standard check-in time is 4 pm, with check-out set for 12 pm. Arriving at the hotel earlier may delay getting your room.
• The permit for Riyaz Ul Jannah is not included; pilgrims can obtain it via the NUSUK app launched by the Saudi government.
• We are not liable for rejection, delay, or mistakes in Umrah visas from the KSA embassy, and visa fees are non-refundable. If the KSA Embassy delays or rejects the visa, you will be accountable for cancellation fees associated with issued tickets.
• In case the designated hotel for your Umrah journey is unavailable, equal-quality accommodation at an equal distance will be provided.
• We are not responsible for flight delays, postponements, or cancellations. These disruptions often come from factors beyond our control such as technical issues, weather changes, or airline strikes.
• If there's a fluctuation in SAR, the difference must be paid before departure.
• The distance from the hotel to Masjid e Nabawi and Haram Sharif may vary across platforms; we measure it from their boundaries to the hotel.
• Tour programs and dates are tentative and subject to change without prior notice.
• Hotels in Mecca and Medina do not provide toiletries such as towels and buckets.
• We are not responsible for passport or luggage loss or theft at airports.
• Pilgrims needing a wheelchair should bring their own.
• The Talbiya Umrah kit, which contains one backpack bag and one shoulder bag, will be collected from our office.
• Laundry service is accessible two times in Mecca and once in Medina, with a limit of 4 pieces per person in Medina.
• If your package includes shared transport, delays may occur at Jeddah Airport, especially during festivals like Muharram, Ramadan, Eid, or due to unexpected emergencies declared by the Saudi government.
• We coordinate local Ziyarat journeys in Mecca and Medina under Saudi Government orders. The government may remove certain Ziyarats from the itinerary, resulting in changes to the schedule.
• If you request more seat cars than our standard offering or wish to upgrade for luggage purposes, an extra charge will be imposed.
• Indian laws govern claims, disputes, and lawsuits regarding the company's tours. Delhi courts have the only jurisdiction.

• ₹25,000 booking amount per person
• Before proceeding with the visa process, clients are required to clear 50% of the remaining balance after the booking amount
• The remaining balance must be cleared after receiving the visa, insurance, and hotel voucher
• We only accept payment by bank transfers, NEFT, and RTGS. We do not deal in hard cash

• Booking payments are non-refundable.
• All packages are non-refundable; no refund requests will be accepted upon cancellation.
• If denied immigration clearance or due to COVID or other medical guidelines, no refunds are available.
• Check airline terms for cancellation fees; we're not liable for any incurred charges.
• Flight changes follow airline policy; contact us for refunds on tickets booked through us.
• No refunds for unused services during tours.
